About
Audit a code written by a third party, suggest improvements, discuss and approve a roadmap of the code improvements, discover new engaging features, implement the new application’s functions.
Our Client is a French business that sells electrostimulation devices for electrotherapy and relief of arthritis, neuralgia, joint pain, muscle tone, etc. The Client approached CPCS with a request to audit their application’s code written by a Chinese team of software programmers and improve its functioning based on the results of the analysis.
Based on a thorough code audit performed by our architects, a team of CPCS engineers developed a list of tasks needed for the application improvement. When the Client approved our strategy, we developed a list of tasks and started to realize improvements.
Along our roadmap we discovered some new features together with the Client. According to the Analytics, the most engaging features appeared to be these ones: the ability of therapists to use the admin panel to create individual recovery programs for their patients; a new and more intuitive design of the application; integration of the new generation of the device into the new application.
CPCS implemented a number of enhancements to the code written by a third party. We have also discovered and successfully realized new features into the newly redesigned Client’s application. These allow patients to open their profiles in the system and track the programs they follow, whereas therapists can prescribe now cure programs and suggest any alterations to the existing relief programs for patients via the admin panel. The electrostimulation management panel synchronizes with mobile devices and has been updated to the newest generation of the stimulation devices the Client offers.
